It's truly been a time of epiphanies, spring 2011.
Going gluten-free in 2007 did bring some health benefits, and it started me on my path, but then new health problems kept cropping up. Recently I was diagnosed with gut dysbiosis, which is the problem linked to all of my health issues dating back to a childhood of antibiotics. This diagnosis has ultimately led me to the GAPS diet. After one day I began to feel better than I have in 4 years of a gluten-free diet.
It has truly been a gift! I hope you benefit from my story.
